    Hi
I have read and watched Multiple videos about setting up Routers and Hosting a Race on
    RF2 . I am missing Something.
Is there a Easy way to make Custom Races for my Group?
    Getting Frustrated
    Thanks

    No.
It's sad, but is the truth.

RFactor 2 (Studio 397) should write a Script or program to take care of this,
set up the multiplayer Racing so its as easy
as Pick your Track, Pick your Cars, Add your Racers, and Drive
    Steam provides the Server
is an update coming for RF2 ?
No worries Lagg but No Should not be the Answer
    Thanks Phil

they are reworking the UI so they can make hosting events easier than it currently is.

we just have to wait some more, i guess.

I get your frustration, but it's just a matter of setting up the port forwarding and creating a mod via the MAS Tools to be able to host a server. I really don't know why that is mandatory. You only do that once and then you're good to go. Well, as Long as you're just racing your friends that is. If you want to mix in a few AI, then there's a whole other set of challenges. For me racing with just one friend, filling the rest of the grid with AI and having a championship led me to rFactor 2 in the first place. Besides using Log Analyzer (for the championship) we had to figure out how we could have a consistent field of Drivers and then find a decent AI strength for every track by Trial and error. But now we are two happy racers...

BTW The new UI doesn't have the possibility of Hosting at all atm...
