Indeed I was a bit steamed, and I owe you an apology for being rude.

Yes I do have the latest update. Yes the PM file was deleted. FWIW, both upgrade files still point to it but its a null action during the hash process of the file.

I mentioned the ptool earlier, not sure if thats what was used. If your aware of it, take a look at the resulting vectors from the ball joints etc., as they induce a significant sine error on the Subbody "Inertia" values that affect tire force vectors. I've made that mistake before when converting a PM file by not unchecking "Offsets Stay at Local Position". The Mass values and Positions are also pretty heavily biased to the rear a good bit more than they should be.

I'll play around with it a bit as I get time. I don't publish mods, and the mods I have created don't require bodywork for their intended purpose.

Is this the mod they're using in the 'The Race' series this week?

No, The Race is only using licensed S397 content. So the original DW12 is the one they are using. I'll be interested to see how they'll have it rebranded, as the FR 3.5 was the "Formula Race" or what ever it was.

I have a question about the paint template for the car and windscreen. For some reason I am not getting one of the main colours to appear properly in the show room and on track. I have an area that is bright orange that I use on the bodywork and on the windscreen safety structure. I also use the same colour with the rim template. All is correct in the paint program, however the rims are correct in the showroom, but the same colour on the car and windscreen look a muted muddy orange colour. I want the same on all of these 3 templates. The windscreen and body templates have AO layers while rims seems to have a different shadow control method. I’m probably not using the correct terms. Can anyone shed some light on how to get my livery colours aligned?

Thanks for the replies. So this is something that has to be fixed within the mod vs. the skin paint?

Just wondering if there is a template/capability for painting the top of the floor?
