Kart sim

    I am unable to load my sons kart sim all of a sudden, after working with no problem before
    We are getting the error “(json) failed to perform operation, unsupported type“

    Try moving/renaming the player.json file in the userdata/player folder and let the game create a new one to see if that fixes the issue.

    And consider doing the same with the other .json files in that folder. They tend to go wrong at the same time, and at least one won't produce an error but will stop the game working.

    Tried looking for these files - struggling to find even how to get there (dealing with amateur here)
    Many thanks for the suggestions and reply - think i may be off to my PC shop...

    Don't do that.

    In steam library go to rf2 properties (right click), local files tab, and there should be a button that lets you browse local files. Then you'll see where the game is installed.

    From there you want Userdata, then player.
