RGB (Export) creates an FBX file, you can import it into 3dSimed, assign the material there and export it as a GMT. You can find tutorials on folder structure for rFactor2 and 3dSimed on YouTube.

Hi sir, i tried this but im really lost. I dont know what to assign a shader for a certain object. Do you have a list for every object. Like for example, a wall, kerb, tree, etc. Thank you

    Hi,
I use for walls, Sidewalk and fences
    "Bump Specular Map T1"

Trees "Bump Specular Map T1 Stamp Vertex"
in Map 1 the bias value to -1.000000

Streets and Curbs "Rael Road Shader"

Grass for terrain "Multi layer grass / dirt" or "gravel traps"
When texturing the side of a street want to "T1 lerp T2 mul T3 add T4 Vertex Alpha"
It depends on whether the object is a racesurface or is a terrain,
RTB used for the different objects different texture sizes.
"Gravel Traps" can also be used for buildings and walls to get more details.
For objects in the background T1

Thank you so much. This will help me alot to export local track to rf2. One more question how about naming of certain object or mesh. Ex. Pitlane, wall, road etc.

hi, some time ago I wrote a little tutorial for a friend, it also includes a small test track made on the fly with RTB (to be included in DEVMODE) and explains to those who are without any experience how to make a track work (and how to do it) ) with RTB on Rfactor2.
I want to clarify that this tutorial only contains basic information is not an advanced tutorial but I repeat puts you in a position to start the track you will do.

when in 3dsimed you see everything pink it means that it has not imported the textures I simply think they are not there, did you create the maps folder containing the textures?
scn directs it? with instruction SearchPath =your track name \ ASSETS \ MAPS
if you want send me a link where to download your file and we can check it, you decide

Hi, I have built my track in RTB and have it working in AC as it was a little easier to do, but the goal from the start was rF2, I am trying to import the FBX into 3DsimED however nothing happens, I am not sure I am doing something wrong but hope someone here can walk me through it.

I have little experience with RTB, but make sure you are starting the file with the rFactor 2 target enabled instead of Assetto Corsa. Additionally, when picking materials/surfaces in RTB, dont select the names with AC in them. Let me know if I am wrong in thinking this.
