Were running an rFactor 2 DTM championship league that will run from May - August, the championship will include a total 8 track calendar which can be seen at the link:

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12TjrGFFVLtjwBw6c08UiVa1dv3k8Mb3u72AgPP4FQbk/edit#gid=0

Format - We are gonna run an 18 car grid with the URD T5 2018 design link to the paid mod:
https://www.unitedracingdesign.net/product-page/rf2-t5-2018 you get the 3 DTM manufacturer cars (Audi, Mercedes and BMW). There will be 3 teams per car and each team will have 2 drivers and we will be using the 2018 DTM season (search rFactor 2 under Steam Workshop then type DTM and it will be called "URL-DTM Championship - Season 1 and it comes with the livery pack and most of the tracks we are using its a 3GB download). For the championship each race counts for points; a first place finish will count for 10, podium is 5, and top 10 3 points. We will have a leaderboard and tally to keep track of each driver and race stats as well as manufacturer points.

Race Weekend - This will be what the race weekend looks like for each track:
Friday: 6pm EST 60 minute open practice
Saturday: Qualifying 20 laps for 30 minutes at 3pm EST
Sunday: Sunday racing will start at 2:30 pm EST and will feature 2 races, first race will be 20 minutes long for positioning, second race will be for championship points and will be around 65 minutes for about 50 laps.

Joining - If you want to join and are committed than join via Discord link:https://discord.gg/GXGhQDa where you can message saying i.e "I am in!" or comment on this post and then we can discuss which manufacturer you'd like to participate under and for what team you want to race for. Your car number is specific to the team and car your racing in. We don't have screenshots at the moment but if you click this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2017_Deutsche_Tourenwagen_Masters these are the real life versions of the cars we are racing and exact numbers so you have an idea of what your interested in.

In game rules - For rules we are trying to bring in somewhat intermediate drivers looking for competitive racing. All assists are disallowed except for traction control. You are open to setup the car however you like we feel that should be a drivers choice, on race day everyone is given the same amount of fuel. Any type of cheating or intentional dirty driving will result in an automatic disqualification and race weekend ban. We do not tolerate toxic behavior. The penalty system will be in effect for every race usually its drive through but if you have received 3 black flag disqualifications from 3 different race weekends than it will result in a 2 race probation where you will be unable to participate.

Getting involved - So as mentioned above you can join through the Discord link or send a message on this post, We want everyone to feel welcome don't feel shy. We will be putting out a website so that everything can be accessed and we can have race highlights and standings.

Send a message, get on Discord if you are interested in joining there is 17 spots open as of April, 19, 2020
