Need some advice: RFactor 2 doesnt start

I bought my RF2 from Steam and havent play it since the last spring. I did load it to my pc again, but it wont start. It gives me this note: Steam error: Application load error 3:00000065432.

I ask advice from you, becouse Steam didnt answer.

Good luck. I hope you fix it as I don't recall hearing about that problem with rF2 before.

 

There are several reports of the same error in this forum. It's not rF2 itself, but there are a number of solutions on the internet so can't give you a single cause.
