I have been trying to fix this for over a week. I get the memory allocation error using 64bit. I have chosen the video card, removed the bin64 and validated the files, removed anything that doesn't synch with workshop. I also removed and reinstalled the game. I am at a loss and would like a few new ideas. System: I5 3700 RTX2060 16gb memory 750w PS Win 10 home 64.
I found a fix. rename your userdata folder to userdata_backup then start the game. It finally worked for me and I had tried a lot of fixes.
