With all cars (official content and third party) and on all tracks I get overexposed mirrors and can not see what is behind.
What file do I need to delete and re-download to fix this problem?

That is probably more due to a track not being optimized for DX11 .. OR .. you haven't cleared two folders. The Cbash and Shaders folders need to be cleaned out everytime S397 issues any sort of graphic update. (hint, anytime they release something new)
Here is a simple tool that will do everything for you.

thanks, will check it...dont think it is track related since it occurs even on official content tracks

clearing both folders does not solve it.

OK, more investigation needed. Is this a new install of rF2? Are you using the latest version? v1.117? Have you tested with just one stock S397 car? i.e. one of the tatuus or Mclaren open wheelers and using only one of the default skins? Are you trying to mix S397 DLC cars with Simtek GT3 cars? Have you verified the config tool reports your correct video card and resolution and NOT the 'AUTO' choice?
(really should be done everytime you boot rF2)

well, fixed by validating files on steam so I don't know which corrupted file was the culprit.
