For multiplayer, which files should be deleted on a regular basis to keep car files and other files in control? Thanks for any help!

Basically the bloat of custom liveries, rfmod files, etc. But I just want to clean stuff up on a regular basis without deleting important files

In the launcher, go to package then all the way at the bottom you will have the mod files from online race. Uninstall and delete them from there once your races are done.
For the skins, you need to go to UserData\player\Settings. Each car will have a folder in there, with the custom skins you've downloaded. Those need to be clean manually... First open the rcd files with Notepad: between the first 2 brackets you will see a name corresponding to the folder with all the files from this car. Those would be standalone cars. But you can also have an alternate skin for an original car: that one would be a .mas files starting with an underscore, located inside a folder with the car name. That means you need to open each subfolders and have a look inside.
That seems a good idea to do some cleaning every now and then. Skins are broken each time a car is updated anyway...
