Can someone shed some light on a problem I'm having? The AI seem to hit a bump at certain places on the track, Just the AI, I don't feel it in my car. The track looks smooth as butter in 3ds Max.

    Thanks for any help

You'll have to check the way points in dev at the point where the AI have issues.
But there is a bug atm and you can't see them.
The problem could be the center path only way to fix is remake the AI.

MMtools works also with 3ds max 2017. You can install manually all files, if "normal" way doesn't work. Just extract STMv13m_MMTv25r_GEOv20p.mzp with example winrar and then copy all files to right 3ds max 2017 folders.

copy trackmaker folder to ...3ds max 2017/scripts folder
    copy MMtools.ms to ...scripts\startup
    copy utility_import_Geo.mse to ..scripts\startup
    copy splineCSVIO.ms to ...scripts\startup
run installMacros.ms (on trackmaker folder.) in 3ds max 2017.

Also add icons to toolbar via customize user interface. group: main ui, gategory:mmtools

Hopefully this helps, because mmtools work fine with my 3ds max 2017. :)

About move to surface. Click on Add surface object, example terrain object then look a little bit down and you see rollout menu (points) and select objects if you want move objects to surface. Then select object/objects on scene which you want move to surface and then click on Move+. It should work. :)

You have to triangulate the surface for it be most accurate. I find there are little imperfections in the conform other wise.
