    I disagree...
Credits should be a visible part of movies, games, shows and so on, persons working on big projects are deserving a visible mentioning.

Btw. just thinking of games like Undertale, even making it somewhat interactive (without spoilng), what of course doesn't fit in a racing simulation, but it came in my mind instantly :D

Maybe another implementation of the credits, yeah, but is it really that bad, to make a click more? Aren't there way worse parts, that could need several less clicks and attention right now? Credits aren't useless at all...give the credits some credit...

Your might be a simple user but your name is also in the credits. ;)

    A few anomalies

    - sporadically I lost the keyboard in the new UI, the KeyBoard works in Windows without problems but not in Rfactor
    - Setup notes are not saved or are not visible
    - sporadically I get the error: error loading MAS in Memory Boy Loading a Track

These errors do not occur in the old UI

There's no "grip level" in rFactor2, you feel it ;)

That kind of "thing" is on AC...

Couldn't S397 give the user an option to make their own car image? That way it's not requiring the modder to do anything.

    Look under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Bin32
    Or wherever you installed rFactor2
    Look for ModMgr.exe
    Cheers!
EDIT: Sorry for being redundant. Landed in here from an email notice and didn't see that someone else responded until after I posted.

AMS has a track condition estimation, too...
Also, we are able to choose track condition in the session settings, even possible to save them in the race sessions in rF2.
That kind of "thing" is just userfriendly ;)

Track condition "ESTIMATION" is ok, like in real life, you can "look" at it and estimate how much rubber is on track! Now, "grip level", an exact number, is a completely different arcady "thing" ;)

I remember all the great arcade games, with a number for track grip levels, yeah...

Griplevel could be the average of the Aiw line, recalculated every minute or so.
Would help in online gaming. Even in gp tracks you can wait 5, 10minutes after joining a server that grip is there. NS even worse. Also the number should be equal for everyone

For some reason i cant click and drag the replay point in time while on server to watch replays in a specific time. I have to go to the end or the beginning of it and move it fast in the arrows keys or in the digital arrows. That takes a long time!

Next thing is the fact the message center while on the garage is kinda isolated and will keep users from viewing important server messages like Qualifying over and stuff like that. I know people can click it and open it. But having it visible all the time is best in my view. This isnt Assetto Corsa :D

Lastly the new way of listing stuff is kinda weird. Somehow having the big squares in the bottom feels weird to list stuff like servers when searching for a server it isnt very userfriendly.

One thing i expected with the new UI was to be much more userfriendly when dealing with setups, when people send you a setup or you ave to search from a previous setup at another track it is a very time consuming process. If you dont feel liek totally recode it, just please put the recieved folder either at the bottom or top and make the current track highlighted instead of the hard to see "*".
Also i would like a search feature when it comes to tracks and cars. Either in setups tab or when selecting a track and car to select and ride.

Anyway, thats my 2 cents, hope it helps and people share my feelings so it can be improved.

En exact number will never be possible in rFactor2, because the track is dynamic, while you have more grip in corners, you have less on straights, not like in AC for example, where the grip is the same all over the track, from one edge to the other...
