I have posted this elsewhere before and i wanted to see what you guys think about this. I have been working on some tweaks for the historx mod for rfactor 1. Been trying to make it sound more realistic as it was clipping before and didn't merge very well and was also default at too loud decibel levels. Now i have corrected most of it is now merging more smoothly.

    Ferrari 330 P4

    GT40 289

    GT40 427

    Daytona Cobra

as it happens, i don't remember the sounds from HistorX all that well, but i applaud you for messing with historics :)

Man i LOVE your track! You absolutely nailed the immersion factor from the environment. The sense of speed is mental. I can't really use any other track after trying longford lol. I believe your track is one of the if not the best track for rfactor. Certainly one of the most realistic. Every time i drive on it i feel like i am in 1967 in Australia despite the dated graphics of rfactor.

It is certainly deserved. Very few tracks offer such realistic feel. Wish there were more like yours.

Bloody hell, 239 km/h in 2nd gear for the 427!
Yep, they sound excellent to me, which doesn't count for much. I scored the trifecta, 1: old, 2: listening to and making loud music and 3: loud work.
I do have one issue and that is the question you put to us.
    Put your OCD caps on.
I literally don't want to see any sounds at all.
I would be more than happy to have more sounds so I can lose my hearing to something worthwhile.
Slip a few sound files into the FE cars, just to tease them.

    Fantastic sound!!!

This is by far the best sound I have heard in a mod, which pleasant memories bring me this BMW
