I have searched how to download paid DLC via steamcmd but haven't found it. Is it possible? Normally I use below command to download steam workshop content. But regarding paid DLC, I can't find the content id unlike normal contents. steamcmd.exe +login <steam_id> <steam_pwd> +workshop_download_item 365960(rF2) 537638633(content id) +quit Please share how to do it. Thanks.

There are other ways, but I find this the easiest....Go here => https://steamdb.info/app/365960/items/ and you will see the ID's at the bottom listed as workshopid. for example below the 650S GT3 id is 1097229192
I'm aware how to buy and use paid DLC. What I'm going to do is to use paid DLC in rF2 dedicated server(not in the game). Until now, I copied the files directly from rf2 game folder to rF2 dedicated server folder and I was able to do it. But I think paid DLC downloading might be possible via steamcmd in the other PC where steamcmd and rF2 dedicated server are installed.

Super!! I just confirmed downloading with the content is is working. Actually there is some strange print "working processing queue not empty: 2 items discarded." but rfcmp and pds files were there exactly. Thanks!!
