One thing we've come across several times lately are users with laptops having issues. Yes, I know desktop users ALSO have had issues, but we tend to try and help these users only to find that the laptop has a different configuration so questions like how much video ram do you have are not gonna be helpful. @Christopher_Elliott Can you add a line to the bug report submission form that the user can list if he's using a laptop or not? thanks.
