ok, I have finished the new March Shape, I hope I can upload the new Model and the Template tomorrow....
ok, here it is, I hope it is not too much confusing, there are 4 different carbodys now, a carbody with an angled and a straight sidepod, and then a carbody with angled and straight sidepods with the head support, I have done a template for every variation, or you can use a "all in one " template, but you must always use the correct meshes, I'm sorry Guys for the extra work, but I think it will be worth https://workupload.com/file/nt2d7JM5
chris have done a List who is using the straight Part behind the head 8 - Herm Johnson 9 - Roberto Guerrero 12 - Bill Whittington 18 - Kevin Cogan 22 - Dick Simon 23 - Raul Boesel 25 - Danny Ongais 37 - Scott Brayton 40 - Emerson Fittapaldi 44 - George Snider 55 - Josele Garza 56 - Steve Chassey 59 - Pete Halmser 60 - Rich Vogler 84 - Chip Ganassi 99 - Michael Andretti
@Chief, these photos show the #40 with the curved head support. I've also watched footage of the race warmup lap and it showed the same.
ok, good Find, it looks they used also this Version, I don't know, then use the Carbody what you want
Chief, I'm in the process of updating my Marches. Should I update ALL headrests? I noticed they are a little narrower than the originals. It's pretty easy as I'm just copying the respective version from the master template over to my existing PSD files. I also updated all the wings. I just need to change Simon/Boesel over to the straight headrest and I'll send & also send over the Lyuendyk Lola. I've been hogging Lyuendyk to myself.
it is not necessary to do the skin for all models, please look on the list what driver use the straight or the head supported model, then you can do the skin for that model thx again to all painters!
Sweeetttttt... One of my all time favorites. Very nice. The Flyin' Hawaiian. I saw a show several years ago where he built a golf cart that does over 100 mph. My wife said "Why would you want that?", my answer was "Why wouldn't you?"
I'm on a work trip and still away from my PC. What might make it easier is to not use the "mask" and just use the base color to all the template. So not using the grey, if that makes any sense. You wouldn't really have to worry too much about the head rest template then. Hopefully that makes sense. When I get back, I'm looking forward to trying out the latest update. I'm going to see if I can update it to the PBR shaders. It'll be a bit of a process but should add value to it
thx, but this will have the same effect as we have before, when your shift procedure is bad or your RPM's are too high, you will lost Engine Health, it will take longer, but the Engine will blow up
in the next update we can change the rearwing for the March in the Showroom, I think this is the best solution for this
