No. Chief Wiggum is working on the 1978 Lola, but it isn't released yet as he is making big strides on the F1 1986 at the moment https://forum.studio-397.com/index.php?threads/indycar-lola-t500-1978.61626/ There is a 1973 USAC mod for rF1 that would make an amazing conversion, but no one is working on that
Exactly, I have the 73' and 74' USAC rF1 mods, they are great, would love to see them and the tracks converted to rF2 someday
Lol, well mainly the track, but if the 73/74 USAC cars are converted heck yeah !, it would be great in rF2, guess someone at HSO would need to be asked first.
There are several 70's USAC tracks to go with the 73' & 74' USAC rF 1 car mods, there's 1970's Ontario, Pocono, Texas World, Michigan, Trenton, and Indianapolis in both 73' & 74' versions, - Dave would be one to talk to about bringing the 70's USAC Indycars & tracks to rF2.
Don't suppose any updates if this rF1 to rF2 conversion can be done ?, 70's Indycars and tracks in rF2 be awesome.
Technically, Dave would not be the one to talk to for a Indy 73 conversion to rF2. Same for Trenton I think (depending on what is used at HSO). My motivation for modding in rF2 is quite low, given the current shape of the sim, so the chances for these to happen are currently slim.
I have the ability to convert, but the conversions I have done, have never been great conversions. I also lack the physics modding to be able to do anything with that. I would love to see this, but I don't think that it would happen
HSO USAC '73 '74 mod from rF1 will be ported to AMS and not R2 by new league international simracing organisation http://intlsimracingforum.boards.net/board/16/1974-usac-national-championship
I saw that, AMS doesn't run well on my PC for whatever reason, maybe AMS 2 will, it looks good anyway.
