FFB settings with the AF responsive mode. Would like some feedback.

Paul, thanks for sharing your work here. My son and I just adopted these settings for the config file and the Accuforce settings. This is by far the most realistic rF2 has felt.

    Crashing with Windows 10

Yes Simcommander from Simxperience uses the rF2 plugins. I had this in my previous Windows 7 build too. I tried turning of the anti-virus but that didn't help.

    3 flat panel angle?

I have found with the last four or five builds of rF2 the image is very smooth all the way down to 30 fps. Go multiview; I think you will like it.

    OSW, 1:1 FFB, Power-Steering

+1. As I said when I first got my AF wheel: I can easily drive the F1 car and Skippy with AF and with my Lower end Fanatec I couldn't drive those cars at all.

    Crashing with Windows 10

It says I have an application error ID 1000. I Googled this for a while and can't make heads or tails of the advice. Also, I don't think I can run fR2 in Administrative mode because I use SimCommander to run my AF wheel and SimVibe system. I start that and then it starts fFactor2. This is...

    Crashing with Windows 10

I should add that the box that comes up when the game freezes is a rFactor 2 box. It is not a Windows box as I previously reported. Also, I turned off Skype and a bunch of other items in the start menu that come standard as turned on in Windows 10. rFactor2 still eventually freezes when...

    Crashing with Windows 10

I am not sure what "insider build" is. I bought a copy of Window 10 Home from Best Buy and installed it. It is version 1511 and OS Build 10586.71. Detail on the crash: occasionally when a button is pressed while racing (could be any button, but the latest being "restart race" after hitting...

    Crashing with Windows 10

I ran build 1036 and two years worth of previous builds without crashing on Windows 7, but on my recent clean install of Windows 10, build 1036 often crashes. It can happen when any "button" is pushed, but most common are when Race and Escape are clicked. This occurs during off-line practice...

    CPU utilization has doubled

Suspecting that something was wrong with my re-image of Windows 7 Pro, I finally bit the bullet and bought Windows 10 Home and re-imaged again with that. Bam, the purple bar is back to where it was before with my original OS. It NEVER goes above 70% even with in the middle of a full field at...

    CPU utilization has doubled

Spin, That is what I am now thinking. When I first saw this after replacing the motherboard my thought was the little GTX760 couldn't be throttled by the 2.0 x 16. Spending more time with the rF2 tracks recently I am now thinking that my CPU is only running 50% harder and my GPU is performing...

    CPU utilization has doubled

I confirmed correct cpu clock in the bios. I had the max frames capped at 61 before and after. I run triples but on many rF1 conversion tracks the gpu will will loaf much of the time at 60% while the cpu bounces off the peg. I guess I need to buy a bigger cpu; this is frustrating because it...

    CPU utilization has doubled

Thanks for the suggestion Nuno and Tosch. I installed the 344.75 drivers that I downloaded but it didn't make any difference. I really feel I that I got something set incorrectly relative to before the reimage. The ratio of the green vs the purple bar has inverted from my previous motherboard...

    CPU utilization has doubled

I can't figure out how to do this in Nvidia Control Panel, however, the setting should be the same before and after since I am using the same drivers and haven't made this type of adjustment. I have downloaded 344.75 drivers which others have said work well with rF2; should I install these?

    CPU utilization has doubled

After replacing a failed motherboard, the utilization of my 3.2GHz i5 CPU has doubled. It used to run at 40 - 50%. As far as I know everything but the motherboard is back to what it was before. The new motherboard is a major upgrade and my GTX760 now sits in a 3.0x16 instead of the 2.0x16 in...
