Great! I was really worried there was some big bug, but it sounds like it might have been an uninstaller issue?
Honestly it sounds like it was never fully uninstalled and reinstalled. It's saying something is missing that shouldn't possibly be missing... Did you uninstall and manually delete the rFactor2 directory from Program Files?
This is the chain I followed, 0.Uninstall all mods/updates 1.Delete all the rf2 files in the documents file. 2. Control panel>uninstall rf2 3.Uninstall both core and data. 4. reinstall game, 5.Reinstall mods Boot up....same error
It doesn't sound like it was completely uninstalled. Go to control panel and run through the uninstall. Go to program files and delete rf2 directory (if there). Go to documents and delete all directories except packages. Then reinstall build 85 full installer.
Why are you mentioning build 49? You shouldn't be touching build 49 at all. The build 49 updater wasbuggy, so if you are updating from b49, it might not happen. You need the only full installer we have posted, build 85.
That's nothing to do with the rfmod files, it's saying your CORE has problems. You need to reinstall rF2.
