Started Sim Racing back in 1996 because I wanted to learn to race on a track properly. I was involved in Track Days Events driving my 1986 Porsche 944 T. Years later I had to retire from my job and track driving because my disability was limiting my involvement. I finally sold my house, cars and tools and moved to Florida.
All that time I stayed involved in sim racing. I tried to stay on top of the latest hardware and software. Over time,I have spent more on sim racing than I would have if I stayed with actual track racing/driving. It's an expensive hobby.
