i can't choose cars, this always appears everytime i click race. any idea how to fix??

For those who raced on Split 3 I am sorry. I was tried to avoid collision between two guys ahead of me at Porsche curve , but I ran too wide and touch gravel causing me spin and made pile up

Did I receive penalty position in sprint race? I finished 7th which supposed to be 9 points for me.

Think I missed something, where should I submit IRR?
