Nevermind. I think I fixed it. I had to give permissions to the rF2 install. Apparently, when I set things in game, it didn't change the json. I changed the auto clutch from 0 to 1 and this seems to have done the trick. I had auto clutch on in game, but player.json didn't change. Thanks. :-)

Sorry for digging up this old thread. My problem is when I'm in the garage and shift up to leave, my car stalls. I have to rev up and then shift. Now, if I spin and stop, the engine stalls and I have to go back to garage and start all over. I have auto shift enabled. Tried disabled, still no...

When this goes to a paid rF2 subscription, I wonder what will happen with people who paid for a lifetime sub way back when rF2 first came out?

LeMans Ultimate has the same player file structure as rF2. Create_File works to create a file. Is there a possibility to setup a Race Rank LMU?

I'm hoping that LMU doesn't have the big yellow car that shows up when new people join online. If it does, it's going to be pitchfork's and torches.

Thanks, I need to find out the times before I log in. I don't have time to practice for two hours waiting. I'd like to log in and practice for 10- 20 minutes, then go to the race and it's practice, qualifying and race.

Is there somewhere I can find a schedule, beside having to log into rF2. I hate logging in only to find out I have to wait 1 1/2 hours for a Tatuus or Radical race.

Quite the opposite for me. I only race the AI. Online still has problems. We have plenty of tracks and cars. We just need an online similar to that iRacing thing.

If the game comes out and works well, fixing the flaws that rF2 has. It might trigger a rebuild of rF2, or even a new sim, rF3 perhaps?

I think, if everyone has been watching, that rF2 has been previewing content that will eventually come out as a stand alone game/sim. They are even using rF2 as a working preview of some stockcar stuff. rF2 won't go away as it is a great test bed for future content. A built in beta team as it...
