Working great here but I suppose I've experienced an issue during install, cant remember very well, sorry. Try to extract all rar files to a temporary folder and then manually move content to the rf2 folder under steam.

New version ok in GSCE. Only con is with windowed mode with this game but nothing related wiht your plugin. Thanks again!
