its that HJK mod, i get the same stuttering. downloaded the ISI f2 cars and no stuttering

do i get the demo ? how do i download from Steam without paying a 2nd time ? i can only add to cart. thx [ i searched for a guide about installing from scratch using the emailed Steam key, but didnt find one ]
