Fixed it let Nvidia control panel look after the graphics setting for the game rather than rfactors graphics.

Think there is a compatibility issue with DX11

I have deleted it and the game seems to be running smoother.

Think it may be the speedometer for the F1 1988 mod interfering with the game. I have deleted it. Don't know if anyone has had the same issue
