Отдача вне трассы убирается в Controller.JSON, попробуй "Off-road multiplier":0.2, А если ты не хочешь сильные удары в руль, но при этом оставить силу отдачи, то просто регулируй прям в меню, параметр FFB SMOOTHING, там чем ниже цифра, тем больше ударов от неровностей ты ощущаешь, вообще среднее...
