For us with older (more experienced, lol) eyes, the blue line on the gear graph in the garage is essentially unreadable. Please make it either a light color or the orange color it was in the next update.

Don't know if this will matter, but CTRL+C has worked similar to CTRL + F in smoothing/increasing performance with less screen intrusion.

Thanks Dave and Depco, I'll see if going through Steam works. However, Depco, other ppl seem to be able to DL much faster, so it still seems that something is amiss for me. Dave, I only found two rFactor 2 servers on the Steam list and neither was the one I wanted. I'll watch for some later.

For some reason, autodownload is always very slow for me. Currently trying to autodownload ... speed is about 200 kB/s, while my internet is over 18Mb/s. Nothing else large is using my connection and other sites dropbox, racedepartment, Mega, etc. work fine. Any ideas on how to speed this up...

Simhub is a very good substitute on dx11. There is a bit of a learning curve, but many templates are already available, and it has almost all the functionality of TM, even the real time map. Search Racedepartment.com for simhub to find it and addons. Hopeful to see what S397 provides, but it...

Bought the car pack in Aug. ... I think they worked earlier, not sure. Now when my league is trying them out, the package won't install. When I tried manually, it said "requires unknown base mod to be installed." They seem to be there offline ... maybe the server isn't updated.

I agree. Why waste all that space with small fonts and little information per page? Many of us are getting older, and more blind. We are smart enough to distinguish gearing and suspension, etc. without needing to load a new page that's named "Suspension", lol. But mostly ... rF2's primary users...
