Dont shut the launcher down until you are done using rFactor2. Otherwise I have it on my list todo and will get to when I can.

The only thing I have to go on is you start the launcher, do nothing, close it and it cannot be restarted. Are you automatically logged in?

Interesting. I will look into it. My guess is the ModMgr and Mas tool are compiled with slightly out of date compiler.
