    In your profiler go to global device settings, and unckeck allow game to adjust settings. In this case your angle will only be defined by the profiler and not by rf. If your wheel still does 180 then contact logitech support.

    The artifact that you published here it's not truly an artifact, it's a texture in the driver's suit badly reflected thru the windshield, that must be looked at by the "texture guy" :)

    Ok then I don't know what u will need <UPNUMBER> so u can remove it from gen. Also try a trace run into moddev to log what's happening with the mesh. Just add +trace=5 or +trace=1000 in the start up parameters (in the launcher), just to make sure it's not a SearchPath issue or related.
