As I understand it, track temperature is now more dynamic and takes into account track location in addition to ambient temperature and amount of sun vs clouds.
Some of the packs that contain any of the individual items that are on sale also look to be cheaper as a result. e.g. Q1 and Q3 2022 Packs, IndyCar Pack and the Legendary Track Pack.
Yeah, sorry. There was a chicane at turn 5 in 1982 that was removed in 1983.

CART removed the chicane just after the entrance to pit road (turn 18) in 1989...
I haven't had a chance to look into what they did, but you can take a look at the 2023 FSR car. They've tried to implement an electric motor and battery.

I had that happen where I couldn't zoom in or out and when I searched for a solution, I found setting "miscellaneous" to 1 in the player.json file fixed it.
Yes, the Brickyard layout is for Stock Cars / NASCAR.
I'm not sure what the differences are, but I'm guessing it could be pit lane speed limits, safety car speed or maybe AIW differences.
Could also be garage differences.
