For me everything works fine with the Aero. I also have a 4090 and I don't use my G2 anymore.

The fix for me with the frame rate in VR is limited to the monitor frame rate is either switch HMD mirror off or switch V-Sync off in Nvidia Settings for rFactor 2.

I have solved the problem. If the steam overlay is not activated then the spikes are there. It does not matter for the HP Reverb G2 but with the Varjo Aero the game becomes unplayable due to the frame spikes.

I have the same problem with my Varjo Aero. My old HP Reverb G2 does not have this problem. And this problem exists only in rFactor 2 for me.

The Formular ISI 2012 Dashboard should be updated but I see always a big white rectangle.

That is interresting. For me it has complete gone with the rf2 update from 2023-05-18

The Aston Martin GT3 Dashboard is still broken since the update with the new dashboard shaders.

I found out, that the error only happens when I close rf2 with the ingame X button. Closing rf2 with the X button on the Window is ok.

@Lazza @redapg I tried without VR and it creates a crash entry in the event log. I have no plugins loaded and no other software is running. Only Windows, Steam and rf2. I have no problems when playing rf2. Here is what I get from the event log: Name der fehlerhaften Anwendung: rFactor2.exe...

@redapg I am on Windows 11 Home 22H2 latest patches. sfc.exe /verifyonly reports no errors. So I assume that all my system files are fine. My ntdll.dll has a file size of 2124 KB (2.174.872 Bytes). Date is 2023-03-29. I use RF2 only in VR. Maybe that could be a reason?

This problem still exists with v1133. My Windows EventLog has a lot of Crash Messages. You did not notice this when you exit rFactor, but it often generates a crash report in the EventLog. The problem startet with v1132 and it is still there. I wonder why nobody else is reporting this. I am sure...

After the last update the #66 Honda 2021 BTCC has still the wrong dashboard with battery info from the 2022 car. I think this was overlook.

Since the new version v1132 I always get an AppCrash entry in the Windows Event Log after exit rf2. I don´t get that entry if I do not drive. There is no dump file generated and the trace file looks good to me. I have attached the trace file and the windows event log entry.
