The issue is more how kunos setup their tires on the individual cars and not how the sim works. And yes AC1 does have tire deformation and always did from day 1. It was just never visual until now with the shader patch. I've had the pleasure of driving some properly setup tires in AC and they drive very different from anything kunos ever made.
It's an interesting concept that hasn't really borne fruit as yet. AI can be slow at 120% and super fast at 80% depending on condtions. Give it a few more releases and it'll be okay.
So someone is supposed to watch a very long ass video just to get an input about a game? I really cannot stand these youtubers which takes too much time to say what can be said in few paragraphs. Any tl;dr?
This youtuber is real gt3 Ferrari driver. Simulators to go for him on pc:iracing and acc. Both have pros and cons. Fresh laserscans does matter. So iracing because other drivers are there, and teams using it irl, and acc because of fresh laserscans. Physics? Gt sport is enough(all of em to far from reality). Chose any one of em you like.
thumbs down for acc i cannot catch a slide, i always have to guess game is really having bad force feedback
Interesting. I'm having the opposite experience. Just yesterday I caught a massive slide that would have ended my race in AC1. ACC is my new favorite FFB.
@buddhatree somehow acc doesnt send me a clear good amount of information about what the car is doing like other sims for example ac or rf2 or ams really lacking information of what kind of grip i m on while cornering might be my thrustmaster t150 the issue, but it doesnt happened to the rest of games
Maybe it's the dynamic dampening setting. I think I read in the forums that it's mainly for Logitech wheels. Have you tried turning it off?
Dynamic dampening to 5 and road effects 70- i feel fine. I have tried generated LUT file but i dont like it.So i am back to acc ffb.
How do you fix Kunos physics? Tell them you don't know how to drive! But it's funny how fast you learn how to drive in rF2 or iRacing?
That you have better feelings in other simulators does not make them better. I feel totally connected with the physics of Kunos, I know what is going to happen in every moment, in rF2 I feel disconnected. I will not blame ISI or Studio397 for my disconnection.
It's sad to hear that. For me ffb in acc was fine, since v0,1. In AC I've spent hours calibrating my steering wheel.
