I just bought rFactor 2 a few days ago on Steam and when I tried to run it, nothing happens. Also, when I run the game with the launcher in the game folder, an error message says something containing code 0xc000007b. I tried applying some solutions I saw around but none of them worked.

    Solutions already tried:
    - Manually installing runtimes
    - Updating GPU drivers to last version
    - Checking files through Steam -> no files missing
    - Uninstalling and installing the game again
    - Downloading packs of dll files and putting them in Sys64 and game folders

I use Windows 10 Home Edition and it's been recently installed. Other games like AC and AMS are running fine. I would greatly appreciate any help!

Seems to be a more general problem google search.
As first step, i would suggest to delete the folder '..\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\UserData'.
Delete the complete folder 'UserData' and start the game then.
If that don't helps, deinstall and reinstall rfactor 2 again, because the idea with manually copy dll files into the game, is a bad idea.
Don't do that, especially not, if original dll files get overwritten.

Thanks for your reply! I tried deleting this folder but it didn't work. Then I did a fresh install of rF2 and deleted the folder but no success again.

    Sorry to hear that.
Did you try some of the solutions that are suggested in the threads that google finds?
It seems to be a bit difficult, because different things seem to solve the problem for different people.
I wish you good luck and maybe you directly contact S397, to ask for help.
