    @Christopher Elliott How do I proceed if the layer is grey and one of the layers I want it in three colors?, being different colors in which region they go and how should the filling layer be made?

    You also have to edit the *.json file. In line 216 and 256 (if I remember right) you have to put in the filename.

    It's still in my very early working with this new system. I have a further question. Is the only way to utilize the new system is to have the skin with the "alt" prefix? I have always renamed the .rcd and other files to remove it. With some cars with the new system, I have not been able to remove it, even with renaming the texture names in the .json.

    Well anyway, I don't believe there is a WIP thread, so I'm just going to post it here :) . I'm very early in development of my first skin that is currently using the system. I'm looking forward to see how the final result turns out. 2018 IMSA Park Place Porsche #73. 20190205214749_1.jpg

    Hello, what settings did you use to get the satin finish at the silver parts of the Skin?

    @Christopher Elliott: in the Porsche 911 GT 3 R's template there's not the Porsche coat-of-arms :(

    Hey guys, having a little problem here trying to skin the McLaren. The skin itself works fine, I've got that sorted, but I can't seem to get the Chrome or Flakes effects working. I've been through the tutorial a few times but it seems whenever I set a material to Chrome it just makes it really dark instead, even if the lacquer is set to white. Also the Metallic Flake has no effect whatsover. Am I missing something obvious here? Here's my skin, and also how the regions are set up. Essentially I'm trying to get the black/grey parts (black in the region file) to be chrome, and the blue/teal parts (white in the region file) to have the flake effect. Hmmm .

    The metallic flakes only work on the black layer.

    Get the metallic flakes just right in the right light and they look INCREDIBLE! (Yeah, the Sennheiser logo on the right needs to move down a smidge)

    Good luck with this livery, its as beautiful as it's difficult!
    For the arrows you can try to check if in your app there are pre-drawn shapes, or just draw one of them and then alter/edit/color and copy paste it, i'd do this way, but i'm not a pro.
    You can place the coat-of-arms manually also.
