Have they fixed yellow flag problem on the Steam version of rfactor 2 ? That and other problems on offline game its like the game has a virus ! I would buy the Steam version if it works right . Ive had the original since it came out and its garbage it dosnt work right . Tried to post this to steam and it wouldn't let Me ! Whats going on people ?
Yeah its a problem. Almost unsolvable. If only there was some way of understanding it. Like some method to describe it so we could set the wrong things right.
9 out of ten yellow flags the cars get confused and stop or have a mind of their own ending the race . Today I tried to race Alabama without yellows as I've gave up on them . I raced 45 laps and all the cars went to the garage like they were out of gas I was on the track by myself then it said I had only completed 26 laps. This game is beautiful but has never seemed to work right it has a mind of its own like it has a virus !
I stopped using flags long time ago. You never know what's gonna happen and chances are a bug will ruin your whole session.

The stock car rules are hit and miss with AI, your best bet is to race online. Or you could try this, https://forum.studio-397.com/index....d-and-enhanced-stockcarrulesplugin-dll.60541/, I don't know if it works with AI.
Only an issue oval racing l run offline races with ‘all flags except black ‘on circuits and it’s fine ‘
Even iRacing "the best sim for oval racing" which was built from a Nascar game has plenty of caution flag and pace car bugs from what I have read. A forum moderator doesn't necessarily mean he's part of the dev team. As they say, don't shoot the messenger.
Your right I was in a bad mood when I wrote that . I just want a game that works I love rFactor 2 but it frustrates me . It needs to have damage, sparks and night shadows . How do you sell a game don't work this is untraceable garbage ! I raced games twenty years ago did all this stuff just fine . This game never even worked . Anybody know if any of the new games work ?
Oh no, we've all been duped. The game doesn't work, never has. Six and a half years I'll never get back!
