Sim Racers 4 Life welcomes you to our 2018 spring season.
In this league we will race the BT20. This classic car has a great balance between speed and car control. Great to race around the best classic tracks.
This fifth round will take place at Classic Belgium. The fastest and most dangerous track of the season, some will fight for the victory but mainly everyone will fight for survival.

SR4L wishes you good luck for the season.

(*) Drivers will have 3 laps available for qualifying (outlap + timed lap + inlap) There will be only a single timed lap attemp for everyone in a 10 minute session. Once yo go out on track you must go for your lap, exiting to check something at the garage will result in not being able to do a timed lap.

Special pitstop instruction for SPA (thanks to DjC for the effort)

You will need to set a 'request pit' button and press it in good time before pitting. Unlike other tracks the pits are on the main straight.

Nikos showing us how not to pit:-

    WHEN RACING
On a normal lap when NOT pitting, don't cut the entrance of pit lane.

You can cut the line at your own discretion after the pit entrance. Hitting a pitted car will see you disqualified from the race.

If you decide not to pit after requesting a pitstop, careful not to drive into the pit area or you could get a speeding ticket by the game. Cancel pit request is best thing to do.
When you are low on fuel the game can automatically request the pit crew without you requesting pit, be careful this does not happen if you are cutting into the pit area at full speed or again the game could give you speeding ticket. Cancel this request with the pit request button. This should not be a problem anyway if you follow the above rule of not cutting into the entrance of pit lane.

    This looks good
Is there a saved times page from the practice server ?

( the best times disappear when people disconnect etc so I’m not sure what the faster people can do)

    Yes, there is, here http://simracers4life.liveracers.com/Live?

Notice that server will be changed from original track to league edition (no haybails, etc...), that may cause times to be reset.
Having fuel multiplier x7 laptimes may vary a lot depending on that extra weight.

Cheers , so we need x7 the amount of fuel to do 1 (each ) lap ?

Also the pit stop do we have to change tires or anything like that ?

Yes, real fuel burnt should be around 32 liters per lap.

During the pitstop all 4 tires must be changed.

    Hi

Server wouldn’t download track to me , in the end I managed to grab Off post & install etc

Is there anyway to make the practice server practice as opposed to suddenly going to qualify (usually when about to start main times lap )

Server is constantly moving between sessions, you could vote for a weekend restart, then server would move automatically to practice.
