Interesting bit about the new pack. Hope it comes quickly. At this point though I am elated at having the performance update.

    Thanks for the update.
Hopefully your well worded "at this point we really don’t have much more to say other than that both are being tested internally" will be understood by the people who think these updates "should have been done by now" etc.

With the Historics, would love to see some tin tops for those who aren't open wheeler fans.

Looks good , think the optimisation & new UI coming will really turn the corner for rfactor2

Lots of brilliant high quality cars already would like a high quality track pack or even few more historic (obviously historic non lasered)

Will pickup Sebring instantly on release + Any future kartsim content

An easy/quick utility to setup online hosting for paid/non paid content would be good that also incorporates the packaging etc
    All in one rfactor2 utility

Very nice announcement of the McLaren . It all looks very pleasant but the reflections are too diffuse and understated, as if the cars are made of untreated fiber glass.

Hoping that Sebring is not canceled.
I am curious to drive on a laser scanned track in rf2.

Strangely my favourite sim is the one with ugliest menus which should mean I don't care much but I am really looking foward to new UI

By saying UI and champ feature is under testing we are in the same situation as six months ago.
Was it released full of bugs back then?
Has it been impossible in six months to correct those bugs?
Difficult to believe actually what is stated in roadmap. No screenshots, no demos to provide feedback, ..., nothing but words.
I guess we will hear the same story in next roadmap confirming the lack of interest in this point. We must be talking about the best UI in the history of gaming software. I wonder how much it would acttually take this guys to develope a full new game...

The first time we heard about GTE was last month and they are almost in the prerelease phase. Priorities...

After a couple of what I thought were 'whizzbang' road maps this one feels a bit more 'heads are down working' and stuff will be ready when its ready. So be it. Hopefully it will be worth the wait. Though I'm just as impatient as the next person. :D

Actually it is 9 months ago in (August 2017 roadmap) they told us that the new UI was close to a Public Beta release o_O

In this video at (34.55) Marcel talks about the UI development. Might be interesting if you haven't seen it yet.

All I know is that actual UI would be much more functional with some minor tweaks. We cannot even adjust tire or fuel properly because something as simple as changing a value list hasnt been attended for years since it was requested. I dont need more talks about UI. I am tired of unfilled promises.

Yet again you are showing your ignorance when it come to development speak, just because gte was announced last month doesn’t mean that when they started to working those cars.
There a huge difference between making cars and totally re developing a ui,specially in a language the devs admitted they hadn’t worked on for years.

If you’re so fed up why stay is the real question, why not play something else until rf2 offers what you want it to
