Just like to share some screens I took as desktop wallpapers. They aren't that large (1680x1050) but maybe someone still likes to use them on his desktop too.

 

I haven't fired up rF2 for quite a while now, but it's nice to see how it comes along. If the performance gets updated to the visual quality we have a rock solid platform. Anyway, most of the settings are on medium, so the shadows are a bit of a let down:

@Oldseb Didn't forget you Didn't work on it for a while but came back to it now. Added Nightlights, lowered curbs, new trees, DX11...but still wip.
@AMillward The F3 is graphically based on the wcp F3 mod, with permission from them. Did some work on the graphics, nose and wing, new steering wheel etc. Physics are completly scratch made by me, based on real data. Real aero data of the car , gearbox, engine, suspension all according to the real car and of course chassis flex. BUT I dont know about releasing it, as I made it mainly for me and a real formula driver to practice. But maybe one day

 

I reckon you should put it out. We have karts, FFord, FR3.5, GP3 and GP2; just need one more step on the ladder and its complete.

The wallpapers I've uploaded last Sunday were well received. So I thought another bunch of wallpapers won't hurt
This time they are larger and I used slightly higher settings in rF2. Hopefully you will enjoy these as much as I do!

 

Man, that one of Damon at Suzuka brings back great memories of that race. Best birthday ever!
