Installing Steam Version for 1st Time

    Hi

    I was assuming I should uninstall the original (non-Steam) version before installing the Steam one?

    OTOH, is there any potential benefit to keeping both versions around (e.g. in case I want to verify that my Steam install has all the cars and tracks I had before)? And any potential problems in doing so?

    @skyh, if i remember well, when you active the Steam key, your NonSteam key will be deactivated, and you can't use the Non Steam version.

    You still can. But without multiplayer.

    I did like you said back in the day
    Keep both to be sure that I had all track/plugin
    Finally deleted the old one some time after

    Be sure to check the new DX11 beta with the new steam rf2 ;)
