Thanks spent all day messing with it setting works well for dirt rally too but turn max force to 20% in mmos to start got shock at 50 need to see if there is config file there lol
    feels lovely at 20% odd
Mainly is a mix of your settings mainly and Jed's File from simtech racing with dampers tweaked to my liking both very nice configs but very different :)
    http://www.simtechracing.co.uk/downloads
Once you find that sweet spot to your liking Wow this wheel feels so good :)

Really looking forward to messing with these settings. My wheel has been dispatched and arrives on Wednesday! Have to temper my excitement. Who knew Christmas also fell on the 9th of August? :D

Yep still waiting for my wheel with gears and buttons from Spain brought temp one on Thursday for Friday delivery so i was not sat looking at it all weekend clucking. It was in Netherlands on Friday so think it will be tomorrow:)
I came from as T500 replaced pedals 6 months ago for HE-Pro's their amazing too

Try my settings i love it very happy had it clipping in game and with no ffb meter in DX11 took a while. credit should go to ApainPlost and Jed from Simtech racing in UK as they have done all the hard work i just took bits from each and tweaked to my liking :)

my mmos settings are at 45% to 55% so i think that is about 10nm then a .45 multi in game so think that is about 4.5nm max.
Not sure I am calculating that right but max NM for T500 was 2.4nm Max and with OSW getting 4nm to 5nm with my settings.

This is way plenty enough for me set to .55 to .65 do few laps and i am done in lol.
Glad i never went for the 30nm motor its is really not needed the wheel is a beast

That sounds awesome. I'm especially glad to hear your more than happy with 20nm over the 30nm as it was a concern of my own when ordering. Am.....so..........close..........can........almost.........taste..it.:p

Got my wheel from Carlos in Spain today :)
This is a beautifully made and extremely solid wheel that looks feels like it should cost way more than it did :)
Very happy to say the least brought without any doubt after reading reviews on his site and i am sure i will be buying more from him in the future. Hub for my temp wheel i brought springs to mind :)

The wheel is a dream to drive the buttons and knobs feel great. The gear selectors are machined anodised ally with lovely feel and looks bullet proof.
I brought the quick release adaptor they do which clamps directly to shaft of motor again this is and looks very strong and does not make wheel sit out to far so perfect for my setup and cheep to add to all wheels you end up buying.
Release the leaver on clamp wheel pulls off. the wheel came in a nice cloth bag similar to crash helmet ones to keep it clean dust free when off the rig
OSW kit is a beast destroyed set of cloth type gloves on dirt rally in 30mins at 20% in mmos lol
    was loads of fun though.

Yes it arrived. It's a beautiful thing. Didn't skip work. Finished late too . The break out box really looks the part. Tiny too. Makes it look more like a product rather than a cobbled together group of components. Very smart. Will upload pics when I get a chance.

As for setting it up............Simplicity have a strange way of doing things. The product I ordered (which is perfect btw. Zero issues.) had the option of a 4 week pre build and test which is why it took so long to arrive. But! The force feedback controller which had been through the testing process has had it's firmware erased prior to shipping!!! No idea why. I do have a free 1-hour phone call setup with Simplicity which involves re flashing the firmware. I don't know if this is to help the wheel accept my system or what? Totally at a loss on that one.

So to cut a long story short, I now have to arrange this setup phone call in order to be able to use my wheel. Have to contact them to see when we can hook up. But, what can you do eh?

not sure think most are force related curbs, spring effects etc
filters smooth it out on motor side and controller file makes it feel good tried a few.
The one above i posted feels best to my liking amazing in fact :)
even tried few files in the controllers folder copied and pasted ffb settings only into OSW default file just remember to set this file to 20nm ""Steering torque capability":20, " or max the torque motor can deliverI left it at 2.4nm on T500 one got a shock nearly ripped arms off lol

My start time was 10:45 BST. Had my first real play around today.

My first impressions were terrible TBH as the wheel was clipping like crazy. Then I reduced the minimum torque from within rF2. Boy do small adjustments have a dramatic effect on how this wheel behaves. While I'm still tinkering, the wheel is really starting to come alive. Love the power and detail. It's just so bloody positive. I actually got into my real car and for a second thought 'this steering could do with being a bit tighter!'. o_O
This is the only wheel I've ever owned where I've thought it would break me long before I could ever break it. It really give me more confidence to attack tracks with any given vehicle (although this is more me feeling I was being rough my old T500 rather than any lack of commitment when driving).
I've still to locate a way to reduce the rubble strip rumble because I keep wanting to just drive atm. All in good time.
Thanks for the invite btw. I do have URD already. Great MOD. I think your across the pond if I'm not mistaken? Might make for an interesting ping me thinks
Gotta go race now. Can't leave it alone :D

so in rf2 were you set wheel rotation, map buttons etc
save it if you have not then save again different name different name say bravo12 for example so you have 2 of same files
incase you wan to go back to what you had :)
goto userdata/controllers you will see the 2 files you just made pick 2nd one bravo12 right click edit

copy these files and paste into the controller file to replace the same settings try that
or adjust these settings as not too many and re save
    "Rumble strip magnitude":0.1,
"Rumble strip magnitude#":"How strong the canned rumble strip rumble is. Range 0.0 to 1.0, 0.0 disables effect.",
    "Rumble strip pull factor":-0.6,
"Rumble strip pull factor#":"How strongly wheel pulls right\/left when running over a rumble strip. Suggested range: -1.5 to 1.5.",
    "Rumble strip update thresh":0.03,
"Rumble strip update thresh#":"Amount of change required to update rumble strip effect (0.0 - 1.0)",
    "Rumble strip wave type":0,
"Rumble strip wave type#":"Type of wave to use for vibe: 0=Sine, 1=Square, 2=Triangle, 3=Sawtooth up, 4=Sawtooth down.",
    curbs a dream :)
could even try hole ffb file above :)

We have 2 UK and US servers setup race league server is in US mine in UK :)

I have many vibrations with my OSW (standard mige + simucube) Wich line in controller J.son for "vibrators", kérs etc....?

Funny thing is always found myself wanting bit more force with T500 now generally find my self going for less 55%moss and .50 multi good place to start 5ish Nm i think max ffb still twice T500
Try the using the hole ffb file above and same mmos settings as in picture
then use .50 to ,60 muiti in game
set effects damping filter to 4 or 5 if you still get vibrations :)
