Don't be a chop and tell me to "stop BS" if none of us here knew that! If you used your (clearly absent) logic, you would have been able to see that we didn't know this, hence the reason we were discussing it.

Will be disappointed if they add the Camaro and Corvette rather than just update them, We have too many variants of the Corvette already. I hope they try and get a mix of engine types and placement so the modders can add more cars with pre-conceived physics. So a V12 Lambo, V8 Front Engined Merc or Bent. A Ferrari should be similar to the McLaren, Another Nissan? Acura? Who knows...

Like Will pointed out, it wont be part of the GT3 pack so I think we can rest assured it will be 3-4 other extra cars in there.

Well, the Corvette we have isn't a GT3 car. And we do have the C7.R GTE coming, really looking forward to that.

I agree with you that it would be ideal if the cars in the pack cover the various different architectures found in the GT3 class. The 650S is obviously a small, mid-engine supercar, we could definitely do with the GT-R or Continental as a giant, front-engine bruiser. The 911 would obviously be nicely different too, but not sure if S397's pockets are deep enough to get that.

First lap i did was 2:02 as well, then i did 2:01, 2:00, going down to 1:59, 1:58 and then 1:57
It just takes a few laps to get to know the car I guess. Natural progress and development is unlimited. We'll see if physics allow us 1:56 :p

Btw For quali run what are real life best times on this combo?

There's every reason to allow ABS and TC.

FIA GT3 = IMSA's GTD = ABS & TC, some aerodynamics, front splitter fixed,
Difference: FIA allows 1 gear set, IMSA allows 3 gear sets (Daytona, FIA, & short track)

FIA GTE = IMSA's GTLM = TC only, more aerodynamics
GTE used to be called GT2

A little late but I did the test you requested.

I didn't feel a thing, closing my eyes the only indication that I was getting out of the cobble stone was that little bump you feel at the end. No real change in the feedback :(.

To make sure I tested also with the Camaro, the USF2000 and the F2, same thing. I also checked the telemetry and couln't really see a difference in the steering shaft or FFB signals between the normal asphalt and the cobble stone, so not sure if it is a problem with my wheel or what.

Could be my wheel, I feel like it has an insane amount of internal resistance so I'm missing a lot of small details, pretty disappointed with my T300 in that regard to be honest.

It's fully encrypted so there's nothing for reference in this car, and likely the GT3 pack. Modders would benefit from a public general tire database as some guys can reliably create the rest of the car.

I've been saying this for a while. Despite being a mere owner of a "weak" G27, since the new steering system was introduced (shortly before S397 took over), the FFB, which in rF2 is directly derived from the steering rack forces, became very numb. I noticed this in every single car updated since then. I'm not saying something is done wrong, and maybe for the owners of some cool powerful wheels out there it works like a charm. But here, it's like I'm racing a Toyota Hilux with 13'' wheels lol

Before s397 updated the cars and released new cars the ffb was very informative and sharp so to say,but now every car is numb and dull with reguarding ffb,id say it feels a lot like iracings ffb now,my point is it's not your wheel,it's a physics change s397 made,I'm yet to properly test it as I can't use the ffb plug in to see when I'm clipping, but to get a solid around centre feel and the strength of the old ffb I have to turn things up so high my t300 buzzes like a woman's play toy

Felt the exact same change with my t300,and that has a lot more smoother (numb) ffb than the g series so it's even more of a lessening
