Hi, just want to know, if that is a known bug? When i change the wheel position in the chassis flex file, its changed on the player car, but not on the AI car`s. May i miss something? Code: [RigidBody] Name="FL_WHEEL" Mass=27.45 Inertia=(1.28,0.9,0.9) Position=(0.7325,0,-1.194150452916889) //1.224150452916889 Orientation=(0,0,0) Reortho=14220 Velocity=(0,0,0) Rotation=(0,0,0) [RigidBody] Name="FR_WHEEL" Mass=27.45 Inertia=(1.28,0.9,0.9) Position=(-0.7325,0,-1.194150452916889) //1.224150452916889 Orientation=(0,0,0) Reortho=1766 Velocity=(0,0,0) Rotation=(0,0,0)
Sorry, I can't say out of my head and I am not in the position to try it out myself, but I do know these lies from the .HDV have to do with it (but I can't remember exactly) [SUSPENSION] .................. AlignWheels=1 CenterWheelsOnBodyX=0 .................. LeftWheelBase=3.0226 RightWheelBase=3.0226 So, have a look at it; it may help.
Hmm, did you do it proper? Can't imagine that isn't it. No upgrades for hdv lines or something like that?
Ehh, okay. Now I do forget a lot lately but help me out; I am getting under the impression we were not "on speaking terms"? (No joke; I really dont know/remember)
Well I have been in a fight with some people, but I really dont know with who anymore. Going by how you answer on my help attempt; we were no friends and I might waste my time trying to help out.
Wheel position is defined by the 3D model if the values in LeftWheelBase or RightWheelBase are set to 0.0,so far i know. Wheel position in chassis flex is only physical not visual, but im not a pro,so probably im wrong, but in my mods all works great.....
The above posted pics are a result of a change in the wheel position in the chassis flex file, only. For me its looking visual, too, isnt it?
No problem. Me trying to help, never turned out fine; dont know why I even bother anymore. Or why I even come here anymore for that matter. Good luck.
It's probably due to chassis flex only being applied for player physics. Same way as TGM model only applies to player, TBC to opponents.
