There will be a (hardware) limit on how heavy the FFB can get. Not all wheels on the market can output anywhere near the force of a real car steering rack.

AFAIK the real car has locked caster, so it would not be realistic to add caster option. Maybe they will find some middle ground with the FFB, it was one of the few cars in rF2 where FFB is just too numb even on wheels that output close to proper torque.

Hopefully we'll see some screenshots from the new UI soon, it has been a bit quiet on that front, not that I mind using the current UI.

    Zandvoort looks great.

Does the ISIFormula 1 (2012) already have CPM? Or will it get updated along with the Marussia?

What is the reason for not planning to update all ISI cars with CPM?

Has CPM, it received a big update a year or two ago, drove with the CPM FISI during the 2016 season.

It would cool to have a thread that showed a list of official cars and their update status (DX11 and new version of CPM etc...)

Sounds great! I hope we get more out of the partnership for regular rF2 users also.

By the way what kind of Red Bull vehicle is that in the screenshots??? ;-) ( Formula Renault or FISI 2012? Doesn't look like F1 2017. )

Car model looks simular to team redline cars for the zandvoort event (which rF2 twitter account retweeted), which I believe are Formula ISI cars. The Zandvoort event is mainly about Verstappen, who is (or was) a member or team redline as well, so maybe just a special livery for Max???

Great news! Can't wait to drive the Radical! By the way, how about the other cars licensed by ISI? I would live to drive the IndyCar's Reynard, and this will increases specially in Indy500 month.

It would be nice to have the F-ISI have its mapping fixed especially for the cockpit walls. By the way, the helmet looks to be missing there... unless it's Christopher Walken in Sleepy Hollow.

Comparing it with the team redline screenshot it's the Formula Renault with new liveries :

And yes Max is still a member of the Team, even he may have less time while racing in F1.

Is there any thought of giving a lower mirror resolution option, it really takes a hit on my system. Everything is really coming along great, been waitin' a few years for this.

Yes mirrors take a lot I'm surprised there's not a few options , even to simply reduce distance , we only need to know what's in 20 feet of our rear

I've played with the clip options in the player config but it all seemed illogical in the time I spent on it which wasn't long

Yes it controls the rear view distances , after sorting out ffb for my bodnar I just don't want to spend anytime fiddling for a while

I still need to make good motion profiles !

Maybe the new UI will give more mirror options
