Yesterday I fired RF2 with the last updated content (Renault F3.4 / Mills), last beta (build xxxxx38) .
I let AI drive for a while, then made some laps. At some point pressed ESC while watching replay.
Windows 10 stopped and rebooted PC due some problem.
At the next startup RF2 doesn't run anymore.
Asked STEAM to perform an integrity check , found a corrupted file, apparently corrected error.
RF2 don't start anymore, launcher is ok, but then I receive this error:
[JSON]failed to perform operation, unsupported type.
My system is a I5 with 8GB ram and a old ATI HD5700 card.

How do I solve the problem?

In the Past it has been a corrupted player.JSON File that caused that Error Message.
Delete the player.JSON File in the ..rFactor 2/UserData/player Folder.
The Game generates a new one when you start it.

Try deleting/moving your player.json file and fire up rF2 and it will create a new one.

    Edit: ninja'd by Bernd :D

    Please remove the following files:
    Config_DX11.ini (...rFactor2\UserData)
    Player.JSON (...rFactor2\UserData\Player)
    Multiplayer.JSON (...rFactor2\UserData\Player)
    Controller.ini (...rFactor2\UserData\Player)

Once you have removed the files from your install, try launching rFactor 2 again

Please keep these files so you can sent them to us, thanks.
