Every time i start rFactor 2 i have to wait for workshop content to update .
I'm good with that but , is there a way of finding out what is getting updated and what was updated in that content ?

To find the updated content, you can try to watch in the \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\365960 and open the most recent folder(s), that's what I do...
For what is updated in that content, you'll have to go on Steam Workshop and see the change log on the content page itself...

This is one aspect of the Steam integration that could use improvement. Tell us which content is updating, how large it is, and offer the option to postpone it. Because if you only have a 30 minute opportunity to jump into the car, you don't want to waste 5-15 minutes waiting for the $@!#$! download and install!

If you start the game it should pause the download for later? If you have Steam to not download while a Steam game is open (in the settings).

Options on the fly, Woodee :)

Most of the time I want the updates at startup.

From your Steam profile click on "Workshop Items" on the right, then "Subscribed Items" also on the right. You'll then see a dropdown style box appear, click it and select "Date Updated".

This will show Workshop content you've subscribed too for all games in order of "Date Updated" (most recent first) but at the top of the page you can filter for specific games.

    Thanks Guys, big help.
Last night Steam was taking forever? (Weird, usually its pretty fast).
I've got rF2 to high priority and always update in background so i might have to change that.
    Cheers.

thanx Jackson, was looking for that.

This is kinda related & I sure would like to know; can the static files in the rFactor 2\cache & workshop\content\365960 be moved to another drive?
those 2 folders are holding hostage 10% of my SSD, prime real estate considering.
