This one has been a long time coming! One of the earliest car renders ever shown of rFactor 2 included a peek of this car…

Obviously we’ve worked on bringing the quality as close as possible to current standards, and we believe the fact that this thing is flat-out fun to drive should really make it an instant favorite.

Yeah!! That was the car I was awaiting the most before the Cobra was announced.

I assume that build will be up in a moment?

 

It works fine in the public build. There is a new build due, but didn't make today, so probably will be a week minimum.

Quick impressions:

Beautiful cockpit!
Idle sounds like somebody gargling in a bathtub... definitely disappointing. At full song, it's okay. Exterior sound is kinda blah.
Brakes, brakes? Eeek, where are my brakes!?! Okay, mental recalibration and remember it's a Howston, LOL.

Indeed my first thought too, DD. Had some test rounds Toban with fast found friends on the server and a blast to drive, feeling so much through the wheel, only like almost the NSX did before, sure a winner, thx 4 a nice pre easter surprise, Mikk^^
