Could also tell you he already had RF1 on his pc which is highly likely and they have just installed it to get his monitors up.??.

Ah, your right from looking at the pic.

But in this video @3:32, would you say it's also rf2?

It's rF1. You can tell by the track position bar.

I think on the BBC video it is 100% rf1, you can tell by the speedo etc on screen.
In the still shot of his rig being set up I would say rf2, what a set up though, curved triples, Frex wheel, hydrolic pedals in the background, what looks like dbox motion platform with the actuators on each corner... Looks like a lot of fun.

Credit is all JeDa's who was the original poster of the video on the previous page. I just made it watchable without having to leave the forum.

actually though I think Team Readline are sponsored by fanatic, I bet they get free fanatic gear
( but not sure if they personally choose to use it during events etc )

the actual steering wheel he's using looks like it's been adapted from a real one

But doesn't that make it exciting? He has learned us that everyone who always say overtaking in todays F1 cars is impossible (except for DRS), is wrong. Todays Grand Prix is an example of that. Yeah, it was awfully risky, but he didn't take anyone out and sure made my heart rate go up! It just makes me wonder more and more what the future will bring for him. It's his amount of dedication and passion that makes me love to watch him.

When Olav Mol (Dutch F1 commentator since 1991) asked Max if he had enjoyed his summer holiday his immediate answer was: I don't like to have time off, I'd much rather race than spend time off track. That's just legendary.
