I had this with the Cobras pre patch. You don't know what you don't know Andy. The Internals Plugin is a package required for plugin development... To make a plugin. You don't need it as the game will take care of such plugins when released.
Maybe: { "KnockoutQualifying.dll":{ " Enabled":1, "NumQualSessions":3, "Total1Session1Minutes":0, "Total1Session1Scored":43, "Total2Session1Minutes":0, "Total2Session1Scored":43, "Total2Session2Minutes":0, "Total2Session2Scored":12, "Total3Session1Minutes":20, "Total3Session1Scored":24, "Total3Session2Minutes":15, "Total3Session2Scored":17, "Total3Session3Minutes":10, "Total3Session3Scored":10, "Total4Session1Minutes":0, "Total4Session1Scored":43, "Total4Session2Minutes":0, "Total4Session2Scored":36, "Total4Session3Minutes":0, "Total4Session3Scored":24, "Total4Session4Minutes":0, "Total4Session4Scored":12 }, "StockCarRules.dll":{ " Enabled":0, "Logging":0 }, "TrackIR_rF2_Plugin.dll":{ " Enabled":1 } }
In CustomPluginVariables.JSON. If you want to be on-topic try here.. I'd appreciate clarity on this lol
Cannot find my main config file. The config file that is there does not have anyhting for multiview settings. My rfconfig though has multiview ticked for the first time. In game I canjot change my FOV so it must be working, just no place to check it.
Much improved look of cars in the showroom. And as Tim announced, DW12 reports again ride height to Motec, and FR 3.5 does for the first time since it was released. For the moment very happy camper. Thanks ISI.
See the very important post #64 from Joe Campana on page 4. "Helpful", as he says, may be an understatement. To be clear, the parameters you seek will not exist in your config.ini until you run RF Config.exe after updating to the new build. You can run it from your rFactor2/Bin32 folder or from your Launcher...click the Settings icon (the somewhat gear-looking icon, 3rd from the top on the left) and then the Video Settings button at the top left. Review and change any settings that need it, save it and then open your Config.ini in your UserData folder where you'll find the new lines. If you don't like the resulting FoV, mess with your seat adjustments and if that's not enough, you'll have to go back to your Config.ini and experiment with the parameter dimensions.
Just to be clear - the internal parameters are defaulted to the same initial values if those new lines are not in the config.ini. Once you start rF2, the config.ini file is immediately rewritten with the new lines added. Not sure where this black screen problem is coming from, but we didnt see any of that when testing with old config.ini files.
I had the black screen with a fresh install at first after changing the res from default to three screen res. First problem was the monitor refresh rate would allways jump to something like 75Hz which is not working on my screens after switching to three screen res. I had to adjust that a few times again and again as it wouldn't save it for some reason when you change res. Next thing was the black screen in the game. The settings in the config ini were messed up for some reason. Maybe I have done something in an anusuall way or so, dunno. Basically way to huge numbers for the monitor width (56m) and so on. With the updated version I had no problems tho. Was just like before the update if the config.ini wasn't touched.
Use the Lite installer over your installation : http://www.mediafire.com/download/1kdnovs7ykvbosu/rFactor2_LiteBuild_982.exe
one thing i noticed last nite, Not sure if me or this build or always a problem. But i wanted to reinstall the lite build only. So when i came to uninstall i just selected core and not the settings. However when trying to boot rf2 with my old user data packages etc. It came up with an error saying "one mod needed to load" (something like that) so i reinstalled fresh (losing all settings). Then it worked!
I didn't had a problem with it. But after reading your comment i checked the packages installed in the rF2 launcher first before launching single player mode. Just thinking: After your lite install ontop of your current install and check the packages installed in your rF2 launcher. I think at that point it creates a fresh list of cars and track you've installed.
