heh, as I said earlier, I "need" nice Brands/Donnington/Monza/Spa :)

but yeah, it's only a matter of time before I buy it, no worries

modern :) I'm not much into historic racing, although I did enjoy GT legends a lot, would be great to do a remake

There will be a modern Spa by apex modding, just no news when it will be out yet. There is also less official conversion that I can't link here, it's ok, VEC has used it for their endurance events.

This Atlanta track has more "personality" than others, it's really immersive (wrong car to drive it though)

Loved this track last nite with the cobras. i mean just hanging out on that last bend onto the straight.. CPM is so much more fun to drive these cars on... or is that placebo?!

    but.....

I want to see some more of these obscure tracks. I thought the Uk had the little gems of tracks , but seem america does to. :)

No you bet the feeling of CPM isn't placebo. I'm feeling things now that I didn't feel before, and the way you have to go about tire management is a whole lot more logical now than it used to be.

CPM is the holy grail of sim racing. Black magic. So enjoyable. :)

It's very good, but if I undestood correctly from ISI, not all cars gain much benefit from using CPM, it depends on the tire. Stock cars were delayed because they specifically needed it. All recent ISI cars drive very nicely, even those without CPM (Brabham and Clio for instance), so it's also about all the other updates to the car that makes a difference.

I wonder how abandonment of non-CPM cars has affected MP.

Yeah I would never go as far as saying that the non CPM are not worth driving. They're still better than most other cars in sim racing. :)

Regarding Brabham wasn't something specifically changed on that vehicle physics-wise which was dependent on the new build at the time? Can't remember what it was. Obviously not CPM or was it the "partial" CPM change at the time and/or the steering rack thingy?

I'm sure all the cars will be updated but they probably want to balance new content with updates to old content. That's how they have always done it.

Interesting because existing cars already feel better with steering rack changes so if rack feeling can be even better then :cool:
