Wow tricky. Started with full track then demoted myself to south layout :p With both directions much variety. Very nice. Thanks again.

This track is crazy! What a rollercoaster. So much fun to drive.

One unfortunate thing is that since the real life track has almost no trackside objects, it makes the virtual track look unfinished. That's OK, though; I don't simrace to look at scenery!

    Thank you for this track!

about that, i do think the grass could/should be replaced with something a lot better.

the track itself though is indeed amazing, the banked section is so cool, im pretty sure ive never seen anything like it. really difficult tho, my confidence in the myself + the trackday palatov was well overstated :) will have another round today

The grass can do with a lot more variation, which can be applicable to pretty much any season. For example, when it's summer the grass can pretty much look like wheat, or when it is late Fall or early Spring it can do with varying shades of brighter plush green.

The scenery isn't a big draw but there can be variety and life. I found this amateur-ish session there:

I like this track the way it is. It is just that, a track. No fluff. Minimal things other than places to drive. Reminds me of younger days going to places where they made the mistake of laying asphalt for the new housing developments months before starting construction on the houses. I'm not saying all or even most tracks should be like this but this track is one that really doesn't need anything else in my opinion.

That's perfectly fine, but the real thing is different in this case.

The track itself is fantastic. Only need better grass and will be a 10.
    Thank you very much.

Excellent track! Modelling and texture work is top notch. The only thing I'm missing is the sensation of speed. The reason for this lies partially in the nature of the track itself (no trackside objects), partially in the somewhat monotone terrain texture. I have recolored the grass textures, changed the terrain multimap and adjusted the scale (0.03 instead of 1) of the multimap to have more variation in the terrain. Looks like a good temporary solution to me.
The killerfeature for this track would be (in my opinion) a huge multimap (or maybe 3 tiles, 4096x4096) based on an satellite image of the track. I believe SRW uses this technique quite often.
I wondered why there are no environment reflections (scn files looked ok to me) and it seems the value for the back clip plane is a bit to large (120km :D). I have changed that to 80km (you can still see the mountains in the background, FogDensity=(0.00001) in SCN) and it worked. There is also an open bracket in the scn file (check static reflection mapper, Oregon_Raceway_Park_CW.scn).
