I have a little problem when i use the converter Plugin 2.52s for exporting meshes from 3DSMax 2010. Everything works normal when i use the version 2.52n. Am i the only one or do some more people have that problem? The problem is, that the conversion don't gets finished. It gets stuck on halfway like you can see on the picture.
I had the same issue I just went back to using the plugins from Build 930. Hopefully they will resolve the issue with the next build. http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/24259-Build-946-3ds-Max-2012-Plugins-not-working
sometimes happens to me too. I have noticed that it happens when I go too fast in the click for convert. IT takes the command twice, and it crashes. a calmly click and always works. I hope you understand this translation.
I've gone back to the 930 plugins in max '11 too, since the S version hasn't worked. But for the sake of spreading information, sometimes I've had similar export fails when the plugins are working properly too. For me, if the plugins are working and an error like that occurs and the export hangs at that stage, (iirc) it's when a mesh calls for a material ID that isn't in the multisub material. That can come about when switching multisubs or some other general carelessness
Thank you all for replying. I also will use the older, working plugin then, until a modified new version will be released.
Anyone have the previous version plugins available. I just went through with updating things myself unaware of this problem and now I don't have the previous plugins readily available.
This is Version 2.52n, which works for me. Added the latest version 2.52q from Build 930, which also works.
